Wet-Hulled (Giling Basah)
The definitive Mandheling process. Very heavy body, deep earthy character, low acidity. The classic Sumatra profile demanded by espresso blenders worldwide.
Semi-Washed
Slightly cleaner than full Giling Basah. Retains heavy body but with reduced earthiness. Available from select mills.
