Wet-Hulled (Giling Basah)
Classic Indonesian process. Heavy body, low acidity, earthy-cedar character. The dominant export profile. Best for espresso blends and dark roasts.
Full Washed
Specialty mill process. Bright, clean, floral — jasmine, peach, citric. SCA 84–88 available. Best for filter/pour-over specialty market.
Natural (Dry Process)
Fruit-forward: blueberry, tropical fruit, complex fermented. Small lots from select cooperatives. Premium pricing.
