Lot Confirmation
After you approve the sample, we reserve your specific lot at our Medan warehouse. Small lot system (1-5 MT) available for new buyers.
Contract & Deposit
Simple contract with 30-50% deposit. We issue Proforma Invoice. Communication via WhatsApp/email throughout the process.
Packing & Stuffing
Coffee packed in 60kg GrainPro bags. Container stuffing directly from our warehouse. Real-time stuffing photos and video sent to you.
Export Documentation
Full docs: B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Phytosanitary, COO (Form AANZ/Form E/Form D per destination), ETPIK.
Shipment & Balance
Balance payment after B/L copy issued. Container sails. Tracking number provided. Arrives at destination port.

30% deposit to reserve the lot. 70% balance after B/L copy issued.
