Full Washed
Primary process for Flores Bajawa specialty lots. Clean, bright, floral — jasmine, bergamot, milk chocolate. Most popular with EU and Japanese specialty buyers. SCA 84–88.
Wet-Hulled
Traditional process, heavier body, more earthy with retained floral notes. Used for commercial Grade 1 volume.
Natural (Limited)
Small lot availability. Fruit-forward: tropical fruit, guava, fermented sweetness over the floral base.
