We use your information to: (a) respond to inquiries and provide FOB pricing, (b) ship coffee samples to your address, (c) process contracts and export documents, (d) communicate via WhatsApp and email regarding transactions.

3. Data Storage

Your inquiry data is stored in our email (Gmail) and internal spreadsheets. We do not store payment data — all transactions are done via direct bank transfer. We retain communication history for repeat order reference.

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is only used by the internal Willkin Green Coffee team for coffee export transaction purposes. Exception: we may share shipping information with DHL/FedEx for sample delivery.

5. Your Rights
