Dry Process
Dominant method. Intense, heavy, earthy character. High crema yield. Preferred by Italian-style espresso blend buyers and Vietnamese coffee market.
Semi-Washed (Giling Basah)
Slightly cleaner than full dry process. Reduces excess fermented notes while retaining heavy body. Available from select mills.
